Welcome

"I left my heart in San Francisco"
                                                    - Tony Bennet

"Just your heart, Tony? You lucky bastard! I left a hell of a lot more than that!"
                                                                                              - Trooper Brock, Veteran of the Battle for San Francisco

The Battle for San Francisco is a Warhammer 40k campaign based in the 'City by the Bay'. This is a map-based campaign where players compete against each other for control of the city. It uses the optional cityfighting rules presented in the Cities of Death supplement.

Players earn points by controlling parts of the city. Locations within the city are worth a number of points based on their strategic importance, and some also have special rules associated with them. The particulars are outlined on the Campaign Map, which is updated every campaign turn. The player with the most points at the end of the campaign wins. Full details on how to participate in the Battle for San Francisco can be found in the Basic Rules and Advanced Rules sections. The exploits of the various armies involved in the Battle for San Francisco are chronicled in the News and Battle Reports sections.

Now grab your rifle and make sure that helmet is on tight, this isn't the "Summer of Love" and the city can be a pretty dangerous place.
